School Forest Day 2015

Friday, May 8th elementary students in third through fifth grades were able to enjoy the Elcho School Forest.  Thanks to volunteers from the DNR, UWSP, Elcho High School students and community members, students had a successful day of learning.  Stations included GEO Caching, maple syrup, invasive species, tree identification, outdoor games, nature walk, turtles, and conservation.

We Will Go To College! Tours
Elcho students have been touring colleges to explore options available to them beyond their K-12 education.  Community members have made this opportunity possible through donations and support.  Students, parents, and teachers as a team have been energized by the colleges' hospitality and engagement.  Below is a list of colleges students are touring.
