Paige Roland

Welcome to Ms. Roland's Counselor Page!

I am the 4K-12th grade School Counselor for the Elcho School District. I became a Hornet in 2014 and am happy to call Elcho home!

Working in the Northwoods has always been a dream as I grew up not far from Elcho in the town of Three Lakes. I am a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan and enjoy playing Fantasy Football and watching Wisconsin sports. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my Beagle, Tucker, and have recently dived into reading the Harry Potter series. I also enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with my family.

After graduating from Three Lakes High School in 2008 I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Human Services from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2012. I went on for my Master's degree in School Counseling at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and received my Master's Degree and School Counseling License in December of 2014. I am passionate about the School Counseling profession and feel blessed to work with Elcho students every day to help make school a safe and exciting learning environment.

As the school counselor I teach developmental guidance lessons for 4K-5th grades, begin career exploration in the middle school, and provide college/career planning in the high school. My role at the district also includes Academic and Career Planning Coordinator to ensure all students are career, college, and life ready upon graduating from the Elcho School District. I also serve as the Middle School PBIS coach, the Senior Graduation Advisor, and am a member of the Scholarship Committee for the Wisconsin School Counselor Association. I can assist with a variety of academic, career, and social/emotional concerns at all grade levels. If you have any student concerns please don't hesitate to contact me!
